Terms of Service

The agreement between your organization and Beflow for using Beflow Decisions.

Last updated October 13, 2026

Draft — this document is being reviewed by our lawyers and may change before it takes effect.

The agreement

These terms are between [company legal name] (“Beflow”) and the organization that creates a Beflow Decisions account (“you”). The person who accepts them confirms they may bind the organization. By using Beflow Decisions you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

Beflow Decisions analyses the business data you connect or upload and provides KPIs, scores, AI-written analysis, recommendations, missions and reports. We may improve or change features; we will not remove a core feature of your paid plan during a billing period without notice.

Not professional advice

Beflow Decisions supports your decisions; it does not make them. Its analysis, scores, estimates and recommendations are information, not financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and depend on the completeness and accuracy of the data you provide. Estimated impacts are estimates. Decide with the professional advice you need.

Your account

  • Keep sign-in details confidential, and use two-step sign-in where you can. You are responsible for what happens under your organization’s accounts.
  • Your Owners and Admins decide who has access and with which role.
  • Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Your data

  • Your data stays yours. You give us the right to process it only to provide, secure and support the service for you.
  • You confirm you may share the data you bring in, including any personal data in it, and that doing so is lawful.
  • You can export your reports and audit log at any time. [Data return and deletion after termination — to be completed by counsel.]
  • Data processing terms for personal data: [data processing addendum — to be completed by counsel].

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service against the law, to infringe others’ rights, or with data you may not use.
  • Do not try to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or reach another customer’s data.
  • Do not resell the service without our written agreement.

Trial, plans and payment

  • New organizations get a 14-day trial of the Business plan, without a card.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in US dollars, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are on our Pricing page. Taxes are extra where they apply.
  • Upgrades take effect at once, with the difference prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period.
  • If a trial ends without a plan, or a subscription ends or cannot be paid, the account becomes read-only: everything stays visible and downloadable, and choosing a plan restores the rest.
  • You may cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period paid for. [Refunds — to be completed.]

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and to announce planned maintenance in advance. Support is by email, with priority on the Business plan. [Service levels, if any, are agreed in writing for Enterprise.]

Third-party services

Connecting QuickBooks Online or paying through Stripe also involves their terms. We are not responsible for services we do not control.

Intellectual property

Beflow Decisions, its software and its content belong to Beflow. You may use the reports the service produces for your organization as you wish.

Liability

[Warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability and indemnities — to be completed by counsel.]

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access that breaches these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why. You may close your organization at any time. [Effects of termination — to be completed by counsel.]

Changes to these terms

We will tell account owners of material changes by email at least [30] days before they take effect.

Governing law

[Governing law and jurisdiction — to be completed by counsel.]
